Navin Jain

Navin Jain is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at UnitedHealth Group since February 2015, with prior roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Before this, Navin held positions at Hitachi Consulting, managing offsite software engineers and supporting Raytheon Space and Airborne’s applications, and was a Senior Consultant responsible for proposal management and architecture. Navin co-founded Nippon Energy, a startup focused on solar energy solutions for residential clients, and previously worked as Quality Control Manager at Scalable Network Technologies, leading simulation model development for military radios. Early career experience includes a role as Sales and Promotional Manager at Silver Sky, where significant regional growth was achieved. Navin holds an M.B.A. from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UCLA.
