Randy Kowlessar

Randy Kowlessar is currently a Senior Director of Digital Experience at UnitedHealth Group, where they focus on enhancing user experiences in virtual healthcare products. Previously, Randy held various roles including Senior UX Designer and UX Manager at Concord, where they led UX efforts on projects that significantly improved company revenue and efficiency. Their career includes experience as an Account Manager at Fallon, co-founder of the design firm Spindle Creative, and Marketing and Communications Director at River Valley Church. Randy graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Minnesota in 2008, and their passion for problem-solving and user experience design is evident throughout their diverse professional journey.
