Randy Olinger is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in managing technical operations and services. Currently serving as the VP of Technical Operations and Services at naviHealth, a division of UnitedHealth Group since November 2004, Randy drives innovation in IT processes, infrastructure, and delivery pipelines. Prior roles include Distinguished Engineer and Director, overseeing a department responsible for enterprise infrastructure management. Previously, Randy was the Director of Technical Services at Express Scripts, where management of internet hosting systems and related processes was a key focus.
