As the Publisher and Creative Director of the High Plains Reader for nearly 25 years, they managed all facets of production, emphasizing impactful storytelling and timely publication. Additionally, Raul owned and operated Luchadores Taqueria, which combined a passion for authentic cuisine with cultural storytelling. They have also worked as a freelance designer, creating brands for a variety of clients across multiple mediums.
