Rob Thompson

Rob Thompson is the Director of Business Process at UnitedHealth Group, where they develop and implement business processes supporting Technology and Product Operations. With 24 years of technology experience, including 15 years in architectural and leadership roles, Rob has a proven track record in effective team leadership, critical thinking, and process development. Prior to their current position, Rob held various roles at IBM, leading teams of architects and overseeing significant integration projects. Rob is also pursuing a degree in Music Performance at the University of Minnesota.
