Shaun Viola

Shaun Viola, MBA, is currently the Chief Operating Officer at UnitedHealthcare of Texas, where they have been leading operational excellence since 2021. With over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, Shaun previously held various roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Vice President of Operations for Texas C&S. They also have experience as a Physician Liaison at Southeast Louisiana Home Health and as a Regional Community Liaison at Modern Home Health. Shaun earned their MBA from the University of St. Thomas between 2019 and 2021.
