Shujun Li is a senior surgeon and consultant at UnitedHealthcare, currently serving in this role since 2012. Previously, they were a professor and chairman of the Department of Surgery at Beijing United Family Hospital from 2004 to 2012 and held positions as chairman and associate professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center from 1996 to 2003. Shujun also worked as an instructor and assistant professor at the University of California at San Diego from 1991 to 1996. They earned a master's degree from Peking University Health Science Center and a bachelor's degree in medicine from Capital University of Medical Sciences.
