Steven Leaf

Steven Leaf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as the Director of HR/PR Operations at UnitedHealth Group since July 2019, Steven previously held the position of Director HRIS at Surgical Care Affiliates from May 2008 to July 2019, where a successful transition to UnitedHealth Group was achieved. Prior to that, Steven worked at Ceridian from 1990 to 2008, holding various roles including VP of Customer Care, Implementation, and Account Executive in Sales. Steven holds a B.S. in Finance from The University of Alabama, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
