Stuart Reid

Stuart Reid is an experienced professional in the field of clinical business quality and process excellence, currently serving as Clinical Business Quality Leader and Senior Director of Process Excellence at OptumHealth since 2006. Stuart has held the title of Master Black Belt, emphasizing expertise in process improvement methodologies. Prior to OptumHealth, Stuart worked as National Implementation Manager at Motorola and as Regional Program Manager at CRISNET. With a background as Principal at Chicago Systems Group and Special Projects Engineer for the City of Chicago, Stuart also gained experience working as a Civil Engineer for the London Borough of Camden. Stuart holds a Post Graduate degree in Information Technology from DePaul University, a Master's in Urban Engineering from London South Bank University, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of England.
