Tom McDonald is a seasoned technologist, currently retired and seeking a position as a Scrum Master. They began their career as an Application Architect at Carlson Marketing from 1995 to 1998, later progressing to managerial roles at Gander Mountain, U.S. Bank, and Kroll Ontrack, where they managed teams of developers and oversaw various projects. In 2011, they briefly served as a Program Manager at UHG before taking on the role of Senior Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group. Tom holds a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and attended Totino Grace High School.
