Tom McFaul

Tom McFaul is currently the Director of Employee Digital Experience at UnitedHealth Group, where they lead a cross-disciplinary team focused on enhancing the experience for approximately 500,000 employees. Previously, Tom served as a Manager of Instructional Design at Vail Resorts and a Senior Instructional Designer at ServiceSource. Their career began at Quantum, where they worked in roles including Media Production Manager and Sales Enablement Training Manager. Tom holds a B.A. in History from Washington State University and an M.A. in Information and Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado Denver.
