Tom Wait

Tom Wait is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate services, real estate operations, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at UnitedHealth Group, Tom oversees Global Real Estate, Enterprise Procurement, and Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety. Previously, Tom was Senior Vice President at Walmart, managing full real estate life cycle operations for Sam's Club while also leading the Global Talent Acquisition function. Tom's earlier roles include Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Investment Professional at Capricorn Investment Group, and Lieutenant in the US Navy as a Nuclear Power Officer. Tom holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Kansas.
