Tom Wait

Tom Wait is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate services and real estate management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at UnitedHealth Group. In this role, Tom oversees Global Real Estate, managing a vast portfolio of facilities, as well as Enterprise Procurement with a significant annual spend, and is responsible for Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety for a large workforce. Previously, Tom held multiple senior leadership positions at Walmart, where responsibilities included managing real estate operations for extensive retail spaces and leading corporate talent acquisition efforts. Tom's early career included an engagement at McKinsey & Company and experience in investment roles and military service with the US Navy. Tom holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
