Troy Borca

Troy Borca is a financial and operations executive with 25 years of leadership experience in health care finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and operations. Troy co-founded Bryce's Blessings, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting bereaved families dealing with the loss of a child. Previously, Troy held various executive roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Senior Vice President at Optum, HouseCalls, and Chief Financial Officer for Optum - Care Services, where they managed significant financial operations. Troy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
