Tyler Hill

Tyler Hill, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Information Technology at UnitedHealth Group since December 2020, Tyler previously held positions as Associate Director of HRIS and HRIS Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health from February 2015 to December 2020. Prior to that, Tyler worked at Main Street Hub as a Customer Success Manager and spent multiple years at Trevecca Nazarene University as a Project Coordinator and Environmental Management System Coordinator. Tyler's career began at Controlscape as a Project Manager. Tyler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University, earned between 2012 and 2014, and is a graduate of Hillcrest High School, class of 2006.
