Wayne Botz

Wayne Botz is a Principal Engineer in Cyber-Security with a CISSP certification and over twenty years of experience in the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). They have held roles as a Range Engineer at ITT Systems and a Senior IT Security Consultant at UnitedHealth Group, where they led the deployment of enterprise-level cyber-security solutions. Currently, at BAE Systems, they work as a Cyber-security Engineer, providing expertise in security planning, analysis, and project coordination. Wayne is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering at Chapman University.
