Young Won

Young Won is a skilled software engineer currently working at UnitedHealth Group in the OptumCare Technology department since January 2021. Prior experience includes co-founding CodeCreators/Future Academy, where a course syllabus for over seven advanced high school subjects was developed from June 2009 to December 2020. Previously held the position of General Manager of Research Development at Paragaon Toner from June 1996 to June 2009, where responsibilities included analyzing new product performance and negotiating deals with suppliers. Earlier experience includes working as a Material Science Engineer at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California between June 1989 and June 1992, conducting material analyses and presenting scientific reports. Young Won holds a Master's degree in Material Science Engineering from the University of Southern California and a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Korea University.
