Ben Cossette

Ben Cossette, CHFM, is an experienced facility management professional currently serving as the Regional Facility Director at UHS since November 2023. With a long-standing commitment to the industry, Ben has owned Benco Electrical Services since July 2009, holding a C-10 California Electrician license. Previous roles include Director of Plant Operations at Temecula Valley Hospital from May 2021 to January 2024 and Director of Plant Operations at Palmdale Regional Medical Center from September 2006 to May 2021, where responsibilities included directing facility operations, safety, and emergency management. Ben also held the position of Supervisor of Plant Operations, contributing to comprehensive safety and emergency management initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from California State University, Bakersfield, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from Antelope Valley College.
