Beth Coty

Beth Coty, LMSW, CPHQ, is the Director of Risk and Quality at Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital, where they focus on enhancing organizational success through business-process improvement and compliance management. Previously, they served as the Director of Quality Management at Banner Health and the Director of Clinical Performance Assessment and Improvement at Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix, where they oversaw quality management programs and engaged in patient safety initiatives. Beth has also held leadership roles at Childhelp® and HealthSouth Rehabilitation, where they led risk management programs and facilitated regulatory activities. They earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
