Danielle Jervis

Danielle Jervis serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations at UHS since December 2021, with an emphasis on supporting business performance management strategies for a behavioral health hospital. Previously, Danielle held the position of Director of Human Resources at Friends Hospital from April 2016 to December 2021, and prior to that, served as the Human Resources Coordinator at The Horsham Clinic from September 2009 to April 2016. Danielle's extensive experience includes supervising HR teams, developing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
