Don Allen

Don Allen is a seasoned Program Director with extensive experience in Healthcare Technology Management, currently serving as Regional Director at UHS since February 2017. Previously, Don held positions at Mercy Hospital as Program Director, where responsibilities included establishing a customer-centered service program and overseeing the planning and implementation of medical equipment at the Joplin Replacement Hospital. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Parkland Hospital and Methodist Health System, focused on developing customer service teams, implementing lifecycle management tools for medical equipment, and participating in crucial inspections without deficiencies. Don also served as President of the North Texas Biomedical Association and began a career in field service with Puritan Bennett. Education was completed at DeVry Institute of Technology.
