Donna Smith

Donna Smith, Ph.D., is the Group Chief Executive Officer at UHS and has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at River Point Behavioral Health since 2017. Previously, they held several positions at River Point Behavioral Health, including Director of Social Services and Utilization Management, and also worked as an Adolescent Therapist at the Children's Home Society of Florida in 2007. Donna earned an M.Ed. and EdS in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Florida from 2002 to 2004 and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling at the same institution.
