Dr. Pat Walker, PhD, MBA, MSN-Ed, RN, NEA-BC, is the Chief Nursing Officer at UHS since 2018, bringing extensive experience in the hospital and healthcare industry. Previously, they served as the Director of Medical Telemetry and Surgical Care at Delray Medical Center from 2012 to 2020. Dr. Walker earned a PhD in Nursing and Healthcare Administration from Walden University and an MBA in Nursing Administration from Nova Southeastern University, enhancing their expertise in healthcare management and education. They are also board certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced through ANCC.
