Gerald Neff

Gerald Neff is a finance executive with over 20 years of extensive experience in management and business leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of FP&A at UHS since 2017, they are responsible for the financial planning cycle of the acute division, managing operational finance for eight markets. Previously, they held leadership positions at Kaufman Hall & Associates, Trinity Health, and Halifax Health, where they excelled in financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation. Gerald obtained a Master's degree in Health Policy and Administration with a focus on Finance from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the same institution.
