James S. Doe

James S. Doe, MS, NCC, LPC, has more than a decade of experience in mental health and substance abuse services. Currently serving as the Director of Key Recovery Outpatient Services at UHS since June 2017, James oversees clinical staff and operations within the outpatient program. Previous roles include Care Manager at Magellan Health, where James monitored inpatient mental health services, and Program Director at NHS Human Services, managing clinical and administrative aspects of program operations. Additional experience includes providing therapy as a Mobile Therapist at Foundations Behavioral Health and as a Clinical Transitional & Stabilization Therapist at BETHANNA. James holds a Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology from Villanova University and a Bachelor's in Public Administration from the University of Liberia.
