Mandy Westerman

Mandy Westerman, LCSW, is an experienced leader in behavioral health, currently serving as the Divisional Vice President at UHS since January 2021, following a tenure as Regional Vice President. Prior to UHS, Mandy held leadership roles at West Oaks Hospital as Group Director and CEO, at River Crest Hospital as CEO, and at Parkwood Behavioral Health as Associate Administrator and Director of Clinical Services. Mandy's extensive experience in the field began at Youth Villages, where responsibilities included Crisis Counselor and Regional Supervisor. Mandy earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Social Work from Austin Peay State University.
