Mark Easley has extensive experience in laboratory systems and informatics, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Information Services - Laboratory Systems at UHS since May 2019, after previously holding the position of Senior Application Analyst - LIS. Prior to UHS, Mark was an Application Analyst III for Laboratory Ancillaries at American Academic Health System from 2018 to May 2019 and worked at Tenet Healthcare in Clinical Laboratory Informatics from 2014 to 2018. Mark's career began at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, where services were rendered as a Systems Operator/Laboratory Supervisor from January 1994 to March 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/IT Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Computer and IT Systems Security, both obtained from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2013, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Montgomery County Community College completed in 2006. Academic history also includes attendance at the University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1998.
