Matthew Dailey, RHIT, CCA, currently serves as the Lead Corporate Medical Coder for UHS, overseeing revenue cycle management for three hospitals in Georgia and leading a team of coders since August 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an inpatient medical coder at Windmoor Healthcare Of Clearwater from July 2022 to November 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as a Registered Health Information Technician at Personal Enrichment Through Mental Health Services, where responsibilities included managing medical records, conducting audits for compliance, training staff on HIPAA and data security, and assisting on crisis units. Matthew holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology from St. Petersburg College, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from the same institution.
