Patrick Sanders

Patrick Sanders serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer for Hartgrove Behavioral Health System and Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital at UHS since July 2025. Previously, Patrick held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Montrose Adult Behavioral Hospital, part of Acadia Healthcare, from October 2023 to June 2025. Patrick's extensive career in the healthcare sector includes leadership roles such as Group Chief Operating Officer at UHS, Director of Behavioral Health at Community Health Systems and Kindred, and Director of Adolescent Behavioral Health and Intake at The New Roseland Community Hospital. Patrick began the career at Chicago Lakeshore Hospital as the Director of Psychiatric Emergency Services. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and multiple Master's Degrees in Clinical and General Psychology.
