Shane Donahoe

Shane Donahoe currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Performance Improvement for the Acute Care Division at UHS since February 2019. Prior to this role, Shane held various leadership positions at HCA Healthcare from October 2012 to February 2019, including National Group Vice President of Performance Improvement and Division Vice President of Performance Improvement in the South Atlantic. Previous experience includes roles at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory as a Healthcare Delivery Engineer and Performance Improvement Consultant, and as Director of Quality & Medical Staff Services at Methodist Hospitals Inc. Shane's career also includes an Administrative Fellowship at Good Shepherd Medical Center and a directorship at Saint John's Health Center. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance/Healthcare Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Public Administration from New Mexico State University.
