Sharon Cavanaugh

Sharon Cavanaugh is the Associate Director of Benefits, Retirement, and Compliance at UHS, where they focus on supporting network employees in achieving a financially secure retirement. Previously, Sharon held various roles, including Vice President Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo and Senior Client Executive at Transamerica Retirement Solutions. With a strong foundation in pension administration and a BSBA in Human Resources Management, as well as an MBA from Shippensburg University, Sharon is recognized for their leadership and ability to develop strategies that meet financial goals.
