Josh Mackenzie

Josh Mackenzie is a passionate advocate for future talent and the transformative potential of business. They served as the Chief Executive Officer of Development Beyond Learning from 2007 to 2019, leading the organization as it expanded into an international entity dedicated to supporting young people. Josh also held the position of Chair and Founder of DBL Group, where they focus on empowering one million youth annually by 2025. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Director at Shift International and as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, while also serving as National Director for AIESEC in Australia. Josh holds a degree in Business Management from The University of Queensland.
