Daniel Hamilton

Daniel Hamilton, CPA, is an experienced auditor with a background in accounting and finance. Since June 2014, Daniel has worked as an auditor at UHY LLP. Prior experience includes an accounting finance internship at the New York State Department of Health Division of Finance, where contributions involved data extraction and recalculating Medicaid reimbursement rates for multiple facilities. Daniel has also worked as a tax intern at LCS&Z, LLP, preparing individual tax returns and reviewing financial data. Additionally, a role as a student tutor at Siena College HEOP Office focused on supporting students in accounting and quantitative business analysis. Daniel's career began as a general manager at Friendly Ice Cream Corporation, where financial internal audits and managerial development were key responsibilities. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Siena University, along with an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Hudson Valley Community College.
