David Sobel

David Sobel is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax advisory roles, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Advisor in M&A Transaction Tax Services at UHY LLP since January 2021, David also owns and operates David C. Sobel, CPA, PC since September 2000. Previous leadership positions include Tax Practice Leader at Grassi & Co., CPA, P.C. from 2013 to 2015, and Tax Director at Viacom and SoftBank Capital. David's early career features roles at RentPath, Deloitte, and KPMG, where contributions spanned state and local tax, tax controversy, and corporate tax practices.
