Joseph DeVito

Joseph DeVito is the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Chief Legal Officer at UHY Advisors, Inc. They previously served as a partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, focusing on corporate finance and real estate, and held a similar role at Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC, where they concentrated on business transactions and international law. Joseph has also worked as Assistant General Counsel for ThyssenKrupp in North America and held partner positions at Butzel Long and Cox, Hodgman & Giarmarco. They hold a JD, cum laude, and an LL.M. in Corporate Finance from Wayne State University Law School, along with a BA in International Relations with an emphasis in Economics from Michigan State University.
