Melanie Chen

Melanie Chen, CPA, Esq., has extensive experience in various roles within the accounting and legal field. Melanie began their career at Si Bai Ke Law Office in 1993, where they worked as an Attorney At Law until 1997. In 1999, they joined Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Consultant for a year. In 2001, they transitioned to EY, where they served as a Senior Manager until 2005. Currently, they are the Managing Director at UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants, where they have been leading the China Group since 2005. Melanie'sexpertise lies in advising Chinese companies conducting business in the United States.

Melanie Chen, CPA, Esq. holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Harvard Law School. Melanie also received a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Law degree in Economic Law from Peking University. In addition, they obtained a Master of Laws degree in Comparative Law from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
