Michael Antovski

Michael Antovski is the Chief Operations Officer for UHY Advisors, Inc. and related entities, and UHY LLP. He has over 20 years of experience working in the professional services industry, including a Wall Street law firm, a multinational accounting firm and several middle market law firms. Over the course of his career, Antovski has led corporate restructuring initiatives and served as the lead tax partner on many mergers and acquisitions. His accounting background and familiarity with entrepreneurs, private equity firms and financial services organizations have helped build practice operational experience. Antovski is a licensed attorney in the state of Michigan.
