Nikki Springston

Nikki Springston is a Principal at UHY Consulting, where they implement strategic visions and lead the Resource Solutions Southeast recruiting function. With prior experience as a Senior Recruiter and Manager at UHY-US, Nikki has demonstrated expertise in driving client growth and service excellence. Nikki began their professional journey as a Substitute Teacher at Gwinnett County Public Schools and later worked as a Corporate Recruiter at MDI Group and a Technology Recruiter at Matrix Resources. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from The University of Georgia.
