Vanessa Schmidt

Vanessa Schmidt has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, most recently serving as People + Talent Acquisition Manager at u+i interact from June 2020 to June 2023. Prior roles include HR-Manager and Human Resources Trainee, both full-time positions at u+i interact, as well as part-time roles in personnel marketing and human resources at FERCHAU and Markus Temming GmbH. Vanessa began their career with an internship in training marketing at v. Bodelschwinghsche Stiftungen Bethel. Vanessa holds a Master of Arts in Organisationsentwicklung und Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sozialwissenschaften, both from Universität Bielefeld.
