Matthew Ringer

Matthew Ringer is a Consultant I at UI Solutions Group since August 2022, bringing extensive experience from a military background. Previously, Matthew served in the US Army from March 2019 to August 2022, holding the positions of Executive Officer for a 106-Soldier company, Battery Platoon Leader overseeing 32 soldiers, and Troop Fire Support Officer, recognized as the Best Fire Support Officer during certifications. Matthew's leadership and logistical expertise were demonstrated through significant achievements in performance rankings and management of high-value equipment. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, obtained in June 2018.
