Caroline Patrick is the Head of Alliances and Partnerships at UIB, where Caroline leads strategic alliances with focus on omnichannel conversational and generative AI. Caroline previously worked as a Business Development Manager at KPMG Real Estate Advisory and Hospitality, where Caroline managed marketing efforts, coordinated sourcing, and directed department heads to ensure successful events. Caroline has a background in Public Relations from the Institute of Public Relations Malaysia.
