Tim Howell

Tim Howell is the Vice President of Manufacturing and Products Group at UIC Technical Services. Tim has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry.

Tim started their career at Texas Instruments as a Manufacturing Manager. Tim was with the company for 13 years and 1 month. Tim then moved to Litton Guidance & Control Systems where they were the Plant Manager/Director of Operations for 8 years. After that, they spent 12 years and 6 months at Elbit Systems of America as the Director of Services & Support Solutions/Operations.

Most recently, they have been with UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies for 11 years and 6 months. In their current role as Vice President of Manufacturing and Products Group, they provide manufacturing capabilities and product development for a complete manufacturing solution—from concept to delivery. Prior to this role, they held various positions at the company, including General Manager, Manufacturing & Products, and Vice President.

Tim has also spent 8 months as a Consultant for High Tech Consultants Inc., providing consultant services on US Government aftermarket support to include PBL and CLS opportunities.
