Elaine Brock

Elaine Brock, JD, MHSA, is the President and Senior Partner of C3Authority LLC, where they provide expertise in research-related contracts and compliance, focusing on university and industry collaboration. Previously, they served as Director of the NCI caBIG Data Sharing and Intellectual Capital Knowledge Center and held the position of Senior Associate Director of Research Administration at the University of Michigan, managing substantial grant proposals and budgets. Currently, they are a Contract Attorney at both Coppersmith Brockelman PLC and Polsinelli PC, as well as a Senior Fellow at UIDP. Elaine has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University, teaching courses on industry contracts. They hold a JD from Michigan State University College of Law and an MHSA from the University of Michigan.
