Alejandro Alvarez has been working in the industry since 2003. Alejandro started their career at The Coffee Store as a Supervisor of Sales, where they were responsible for selecting and training personnel, defining menus, analyzing costs, controlling stocks, analyzing sales, and monitoring managers in two branches. In 2006, they worked as a Maitre at Patagonia Beef & Wine and as an Encargado de Salón at Bella & Italia. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Supervisor of Rango at El Bodegón Andaluz and as an Encargado de Operaciones at Cipriano Cafe & Restobar. In 2011, they worked as a Maitre D' at CASTELAR HOTEL & SPA. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Responsable de Franquicia at DIA Argentina. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Co-Founder & Partner at Ideas Factory, where they were responsible for managing financial operations, budget control, and payments for the different areas of the company. Alejandro was also part of the project selection committee. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been working as COO & Co-Founder at UILS, where they are responsible for searching and selecting vehicles, managing authorizations, permits, renewals, and fleet procedures. Alejandro also provides 24/7 operational support for accidents, absences, mechanical solutions, etc.
