Andrei Roth is an accomplished leader in the fields of customer insights, operations, and commercialization within the technology sector, currently serving as Director of International Customer Insights & Operations at UiPath since April 2018. With prior roles at UiPath, including Global Commercialization Lead and Commercial Pricing Director, Andrei has a strong track record of bridging customer needs with product development and operational strategies. Andrei's experience includes significant positions at companies such as Recognos, where Andrei was Managing Director of European Operations, and Gecko Strategic Services, where Andrei focused on consulting for local startups. Additionally, Andrei co-initiated Innoteque, a conference aimed at fostering innovation ecosystems in Romania.
