Daniela D. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial governance and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Director of Deal Desk Governance at UiPath since July 2019, Daniela oversees the global deal desk governance team, specifically managing deals in key markets such as the US, Canada, and LATAM. Previously, as the Global Head of SOX, Daniela successfully led the company’s SOX compliance program, achieving a clean internal control opinion in its inaugural year. Daniela also directed global controllership efforts, optimizing financial reporting processes across 32 countries and 37 subsidiaries during a $35 billion IPO. Prior experience includes a director role at PwC. Daniela D. holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from Cornell University.
