Eileen McCarthy

Eileen McCarthy currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at JetBlue since August 2024 and is a Member of the Board of Directors at Chemed Corporation since May 2023. Eileen has been with UiPath since March 2021, holding the position of Senior Vice President Legal and previously serving as Vice President Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President Associate General Counsel for Corporate Governance at JetBlue Airways Corporation from October 2006 to March 2021, providing counsel on corporate governance, securities law, and compliance. Eileen began her legal career as an Associate at Gould & Wilkie LLP and later became a partner at Thompson Hine LLP, focusing on corporate governance and securities work. Eileen holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, a JD from Fordham University School of Law, and an AB in English from Columbia University.
