Iulia Istrate

Iulia Istrate has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship as an administrative clerk at Fami Electronic in 2008. Iulia then worked as a teaching assistant at Transilvania University of Brașov, where they taught courses on international trade and policy, and conducted seminars and workshops for undergraduate and master's students.

In 2010, Iulia joined Pentalabbs as a business analyst, responsible for formulating requirements and collaborating with internal and external customers to analyze information needs. Iulia later transitioned to the role of a product owner within the IT business incubator, contributing to product definition and setting the product vision for the Scrum team.

In 2014, Iulia joined Pentalog as a product owner consultant, where they provided precise consulting missions on client sites, organizing workshops and interviews to identify business needs and define product roadmaps. Iulia also trained and coached client teams in product ownership practices and techniques.

In 2018, Iulia joined UiPath as a product manager, initially as an enabling technologies product manager, and later as a director of product management. In these roles, they played a key role in leading the strategy and vision for UiPath Automation Cloud, working closely with the team to make it a reality. Iulia also answered questions related to UiPath's AutomationHub platform and contributed to its development.

Iulia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics - International Business from Transilvania University of Brasov, which was earned during 2006-2009. Their educational journey began with a Baccalaureate degree in Mathematics - Informatics from Gheorghe Vranceanu National College in 2002-2006. Additionally, Iulia Istrate has obtained several certifications including UiPath Leadership Metamorphosis, Prosci® Leading Your Team Through Change, Harvard Leadership Accelerator Program, and a Certificate of achievement for eliciting, analyzing, and managing project requirements: Business Analysis from Trilex Consulting in 2010.
