Mara Nuță

Mara Nuță is a Senior People Development Specialist at UiPath, where they focus on fostering talent and enhancing organizational performance. Previously, they served as a Junior Project Manager at LEADERS Foundation, working on projects aimed at empowering youth. In addition to their role at UiPath, Mara has experience as a Behavioral Therapist at Asociatia Minti Creative, supporting children with autism for four months in 2022. They are currently pursuing a master’s degree in Occupational Health and Human Resources Performance at the University of Bucharest, building on their background in psychology and leadership. Mara's educational and career pursuits are driven by a passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
