Nilay Shroff

Nilay Shroff has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Nilay began as an intern at Bank of America in 2007 and later worked as a Security Services Intern at Deloitte in 2008. Nilay then joined Deloitte in 2009 and held various positions including Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager until 2021. During their time at Deloitte, they gained valuable experience in the field. In 2021, Nilay joined UiPath as a Principal Customer Success Manager and eventually became the Global Head of Strategic Alliances in 2023. Their roles at UiPath involved managing customer success and developing strategic alliances.

Nilay Shroff attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Management. In addition, Nilay has additional certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
