Pulkit Malik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and technical account management across various regions. Currently serving as Director of Client Success at UiPath since September 2023, Pulkit previously held the position of Senior Director of Customer Engagement at actyv.ai®, where responsibilities included scaling platform adoption and managing large customer accounts. Pulkit's tenure at UiPath also includes multiple roles, notably as APAC GTM Lead for Technical Account Management, driving annual recurring revenue growth and customer retention efforts.
